Cheese And Lemon Cake Without Oven

No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Recipe # 1

Perfect for a snack, ideal to share with friends or family on a picnic in the park, wonderful for a dessert after dinner … This cake is more than versatile! Learn to prepare it and do it as soon as possible.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Maria type cookies or similar
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 500 grams of Philadelphia type cheese or any to spread
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • The juice of a lemon
  • The zest of a lemon

Cheese and lemon cake without an oven, very easy to prepare.

How do you prepare?

  • First, crush the cookies using a mortar, a food processor or unloading your fury (be careful not to hurt yourself) by placing them in a plastic bag and hitting with a rolling pin.
  • Then, melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave and mix with the cookies to form a gritty paste that will be the base of the cake.
  • Put the mixture in a removable mold pressing well with your fingers so that it is well compact and takes it to the fridge.
  • Now is the time to prepare the cheese layer. To do this, add the condensed milk with the spread cheese into a container . Beat at minimum speed with electric stirrers or by hand, until it is well homogeneous. Remember that the cheese has to be at room temperature.
  • Next, add  the lemon zest to the preparation and pour the juice little by little, while you continue mixing until you get a fluffy preparation.
  • Take the base out of the fridge and add the cream cheese and lemon. Take it back to the cold for approximately 5 or 6 hours, until it hardens. You can let it cool down well overnight, for example.
  • Finally, to decorate you have the option of sprinkling a little syrup or strawberry syrup, to give it a fresher and more fruity flavor. Another idea is to put white chocolate in pieces or more grated lemon. Let your imagination run wild!

No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Recipe # 2

It is very similar to the previous one but with a few more ingredients. The result is also delicious and easy to do. You will not be able to stop eating this cake on your vacation!

You need:

  • 1 package of Maria type cookies or similar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 envelopes of lemon jelly
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 250 grams of Philadelphia type cheese or to spread
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 ml of water

Steps to follow:

You can decorate the lemon cheesecake with jam, lemon zest, or white chocolate.

  • First, chop the cookies so that you have a kind of powder.  Next, melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave and mix both ingredients to get a sandy base. Cover the bottom of a removable mold with it and put it in the fridge.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl, combine the cream, cheese, sugar and milk. Beat so that everything mixes well.
  • Next, heat the water and dissolve the gelatin sachets. Let it warm and pour over the previous mixture. Beat so that everything is integrated and add on top of the cake base that you had in the fridge. Take it back to the cold for at least 3 hours so that it is solid and set.
  • Before serving you can sprinkle with sugar, grated chocolate, grated coconut, lemon zest, lemon juice, strawberry or orange marmalade…. Or whatever you like the most!
