1. Clay cream and natural oils

The relaxing properties of clay are combined with the anti-inflammatory power of calendula oil and lavender oil. It is  a different treatment for pain and stiffness in the muscles.

Indeed, these ingredients promote blood circulation and, by increasing cellular oxygenation, relax contracted muscles.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of white clay (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of calendula oil (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of lavender oil (30 g)

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until you get a creamy paste.

Application mode

  • First, rub the cream on the sore muscles, and massage gently for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Then, let the ingredients act for 15 minutes and rinse.
  • Finally, repeat its use up to 2 times a day to soothe muscle aches.

2. Beeswax, coconut oil and arnica cream

This natural cream can help soothe muscle aches caused by physical exercise or a blow. Its anti-inflammatory properties relax the affected area and, by helping to improve circulation, it can provide relief.

Among its ingredients, arnica stands out, a plant known for its ability to relax muscles. On the other hand, it also confers a slight analgesic effect, ideal for reducing pain and obtaining relief.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of beeswax (45 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (15 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of arnica oil (30 g)

Preparation

  • First, add the beeswax to a heat-resistant container and take it to a water bath.
  • Later, when it is well melted, reduce the heat and add the coconut and arnica oil.
  • Then, stir well and let it rest at room temperature.
  • Finally, when it acquires a creamy consistency, proceed to use it.

Application mode

  • First, take the amount of cream you consider necessary and rub it on the muscles you want to treat.
  • Finally, leave it to act without rinsing and repeat its use 2 times a day.

3. Coconut oil and arnica cream

Natural coconut cream

To soothe muscle aches, you can prepare a cream of arnica, cayenne pepper and coconut oil, since these are ingredients that also have anti-inflammatory properties. For best results, it is advisable to apply it  by massage, it reduces pain and stiffness.

Arnica helps to generate a pleasant sensation of heat in the affected area, which helps stimulate circulation.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil (60 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of dried arnica flowers (30 g)

Preparation

  • First, pour the coconut oil into a heat-resistant container and melt it in a double boiler or microwave.
  • Then, when it is melted, add the arnica flowers.
  • Subsequently, stir with a wooden utensil and put it on a minimum heat for 2 minutes.
  • Finally, after this time, let the cream rest at room temperature until it reaches the desired consistency.

Application mode

  • First, do a little test of the product in one of the skin areas, since pepper can cause allergic reactions in some people.
