6 Signs That You Are Eating A Lot Of Sugar

One of the first foods that they advise you to stop consuming when you want to eat a healthy diet is sugar. Consuming this food in excess is harmful to the body.

However, the glucose present in fruits is not as harmful as that of these products. Therefore, if you are trying to have a healthy diet, taking several pieces of fruit is still beneficial.

5. Skin problems

Digesting sugar requires a substance called insulin. This is a powerful molecule that is secreted when the body detects an increase in blood glucose levels.

Many people have special sensitivity to it, so that one of the consequences is that  their skin begins to dry out and flake without remedy, according to this study from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (Mexico) . However, when the body has different problems with insulin, the most normal is that some type of diabetes develops.

It is true that the market provides you with many products to improve the functioning of insulin. However, we suggest that before resorting to these, reduce the consumption of sugar to find out if this is its cause or, on the contrary, as we have mentioned, it is due to a disease such as diabetes.
